Common questions
Q: Can I move my data to a new device?
A: Yes — purchase Pro Lifetime ($0.99 / ¥6) and your tier lists, places, and photos sync via your personal iCloud. Sign into the same iCloud account on the new device, install chdl, the data appears.
Q: I can only create 1 tier list / 10 places / 1 photo. Why?
A: That's the free tier. Pro Lifetime (¥6 one-time, no subscription) lifts all the limits.
Q: I deleted a tier list but it's still in the Discover tab.
A: Most of the time the deletion propagates within seconds. If you see one lingering more than a minute, pull-to-refresh the Discover tab. If it's still there, email us with the canvas name; we'll remove it server-side.
Q: Can I edit the tier names (夯 / 顶级 / 人上人 / NPC / 拉)?
A: Not yet — they're fixed in v1.0. Coming in a future update.
Q: Photos look low-resolution after publishing.
A: Photos added before TestFlight build 35 are stored at 300pt and can't be upgraded automatically. Re-pick the photo from your library on a current build to get the full 1200pt version.
Q: How do I report or block content I see in Discover?
A: Open the canvas, tap the ⋯ menu (top-right toolbar), choose 举报内容 (Report) or 屏蔽该作者 (Block creator). Reported content is removed from your feed immediately and we review within 24 hours.
Reporting a bug
Please include:
- Your iOS version (Settings → General → About → iOS Version)
- Your iPhone or iPad model
- The chdl build number (in TestFlight, or pull the chdl crown icon to see the version)
- Steps to reproduce
- A screenshot if possible
If you're a TestFlight tester, the in-app feedback button (long-press the app icon → Send Beta Feedback) sends crash logs and screenshots automatically.

Q：我能改 tier 名字吗（夯/顶级/人上人/NPC/拉）？
A：v1.0 还不行，是固定的。后续版本计划开放编辑。
Q：发布后照片看起来很糊。
A：TestFlight build 35 之前添加的照片存的是 300pt 缩略图，没法自动升级。在新版本上重新从相册选一遍那张照片，就能拿到完整的 1200pt 高清版。
Q：在「发现」里看到不合适的内容怎么办？
A：打开那张 Tier List，点右上角 ⋯ 菜单，选「举报内容」或「屏蔽该作者」。被举报的内容会立刻从你的「发现」中消失，我们会在 24 小时内人工审核。
